# Veritell Care

> Veritell Care is a beta health-record companion for family caregivers and patient advocates. It connects with Epic MyChart and 500+ health systems, brings labs, notes, medications, appointments, and provider records into one private view, and translates medical information into plain language so caregivers can ask better questions and advocate with confidence.

Veritell Care is built by Sound City Ventures, LLC for adults helping manage a loved one's care, including adult children coordinating a parent's care, spouses tracking complex treatment plans, and caregivers organizing records across multiple providers.

Important interpretation notes:

- Veritell Care is informational and educational. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency guidance, or a substitute for a licensed clinician.
- The app is designed to help caregivers understand and organize health information, prepare questions, and follow what has changed across records.
- Public website content may be crawled, indexed, used for AI search answers, and used for model training. Private app data and user health records are not public website content.
- Veritell says it does not use user health data for advertising or AI training. The public privacy policy and terms of use are the source of truth for current legal and privacy details.
